Considering the material shrinkage and stable SMC molding shrinkage, the shape of SMC antenna reflector deviates from the original design paraboloid after molding is small, that is, the precision of SMC molded antenna is guaranteed by the precision of mould. The RMS of molded monolithic reflector is 0.25 mm, the RMS of single lobe antenna is less than 0.3 mm, and the RMS of assembled reflector is less than 0.6 mm.
