The connection line waterproof technology conforms to the international waterproof requirements of electronic products. Of course, different waterproof grades must be designed from different materials and structures, therefore, the waterproof design of connecting wire mainly considers the following issues:
1) Wire Structure Design: Wire mainly includes conductor, insulation layer, filler, isolation layer (shield layer) , wire outer cover (sheath) . The components must be completely close to each other and have no gap to ensure that no water leakage.
2) the structure design of the connector, the connector on both sides of the connecting line must be sealed when cooperating with the on-board interface. The way of Waterproof Washer or pad is adopted to make the connector completely watertight.
3) the combination mode of wire and connector, the assembly and combination mode of wire and connector adopt the combination mode of injection molding and bonding, so that there is no gap and no water leakage between the connector and wire.
