2. Silver Layer: The silver layer on the surface of the ceramic antenna can affect the resonance frequency of the antenna. The ideal GPS CERAMIC chip frequency point falls exactly at 1575.42 Mhz, but the antenna frequency point is very easy to be affected by the surrounding environment, especially when it is assembled in the whole machine, the frequency point must be kept at 1575.42 Mhz by adjusting the shape of the silver coating. Therefore, GPS equipment manufacturers in the procurement of antenna must cooperate with the antenna manufacturers, provide complete machine samples for testing.
